最近日本菜吃太多, 突然想吃回一些中菜, 就跟朋友到了鼎泰豐回味他們的小籠包
鼎泰豐在悉尼一樣受歡迎, 就算是寒冷的星期天早上也要拿 ’call 機’ 排隊, 幸好人沒有太多, 大概十分鐘就有位子了
每張桌子上都放了這個牌子, 告訴老外招牌菜是小籠包, 更是 world’s tastiest dumpling~
餐廳全都擠滿人, 老外跟亞洲人都有, 裝潢也是鼎泰豐一貫的簡約精緻

當然少不了吃小籠包必備的醋, 醬油等調味料
我們點了六個小籠包, 紅燒牛肉麵, 炸雞塊炒飯和蒸菜肉餃子
小籠包很快就到了, 皮薄多汁, 醋跟肉汁味道互相平衡, 超好吃的
紅燒牛肉麵的牛肉很軟很入味, 麵條有點彈牙, 但湯頭不夠濃
近一點可以看到用的是粗麵條
炸雞扒炒飯的雞扒炸到剛熟, 充滿肉汁, 調味又剛好, 很酥脆飯粒飽滿, 又炒得粒粒分明, 沒有甚麼可以挑剔的
蒸菜肉餃子賣相很好, 可是沒想像中那麼好吃, 感覺有點乾, 菜太多, 完全吃不出肉的味道, 跟名字不符
到底肉跑到哪裡去了? 只看到一大堆菜跟香菇, 更有草青味, 很失望
鼎泰豐的 quality control 真的做得很好, 不論是那裡的分店小籠包都一樣好吃 (至少我吃過台灣, 香港跟悉尼的都很好), 炒飯也是另一必吃, 可是餃子跟甜點就可以不用試了 (我另外一次吃過芝麻飽, 味道超奇怪的)
