韓國重量級炸雞 - NeNe Chicken

NeNe Chicken

Kiehl's Natural Mix Market - Create your own healthy mix

Dedicated to providing skincare solutions using natural ingredients since 1851, Natural Mix Market in Causeway Bay has been set up by Kiehl’s to celebrate its 165th anniversary under the theme of ‘A Natural Mix’. Visitors will be their own chef and mix various fresh produce from local farms for their green and nourishing dishes. It was my pleasure to have been invited to attend one of the sessions and let's check out what this is about! :)

The spacious and comfy Natural Mix Market consists of an open kitchen in the front for workshops and an exhibition area stocked with vegetables, fruits and herbs from local farms.

Timón Seafood Tapas Bar & Restaurant – A spectacular night in Spain

I frequent Wan Chai and Sheung Wan area a lot but never heard of this place called Timón until my friend picked it as our dinner gathering venue. Could hardly contain my excitement after checking out photos of their food. The dishes all looked so appealing that I started thinking of what to order days ahead of the dinner.

It’s hidden at the end of Ship Street, a relatively quiet alley, and with it’s stylish yet simple décor, it felt like I was not in Hong Kong.

Wild Thyme Tasting Night - Wild Thyme

Despite being a foodie and a Greek food fan, I seldom do minority food hunting in Hong Kong. Somehow only a very small group of people are into exotic cuisines and very few places seem to be able to do it right. Wild Thyme’s tasting night a couple weeks ago managed to change my view by a tiny little bit with their dips platter and kanafeh though.

Wild Thyme started out as a pure vegetarian restaurant that focuses on Middle-Eastern / Mediterranean cuisine and has now grown into catering for non-vegetarians as well with a revamped menu.

So here’s the menu for the night. Quite an extensive one and luckily everything was served in small portion so it’s not too overwhelming by the time we finished everything.

Tabooleh – Italian parsley, cracked wheat, tomato, onion and mint with olive oil dressing

A refreshing and light starter for the night, only a tad too oily.
